The dictionary defines fulfillment as the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted. I believe it’s the progressive fulfillment of worthwhile goals. In other words, fulfillment comes through the process, not the end result. It’s about deciding what you want and then taking one step at a time. But it starts with a thought, a dream, a plan… then the commitment and the dedication to do something, maybe just one thing, each day, until you reach your goals.
What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Make a list of what excites you and what you feel passionate about. Then make another list of who you know that can help you. Don’t be afraid to call and ask for help. Humility is the sign of strength. Weakness is thinking that you are in complete control of your destiny and you don’t need anyone else’s advice or help. We all need assistance to achieve fulfillment in life. Include God in your plans. If you haven’t prayed for a while, start today. If you don’t know what to say, don’t worry about it. God is all-knowing, and he cares about your plans. He knows what you need to fulfill your life. Be still and know that He is God .Open your heart and your mind and seek Him first. Get up fifteen minutes earlier than normal and begin with prayer today. Even if you say out loud, “Dear God, I don’t know what to say to you, but I need your help.”He is there, and he is listening always. He is the best partner you can have to start progressing towards your goals.
“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”Hebrews 11:1
