If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with a mental disorder or a multiple brain disorder (MBD) you need to know that, there are options to drugs. Drugs can be important in stabilizing a dangerous situation, but they can also do harm after that. Alzheimer’s, dementia, depression, schizophrenia, bi-polar, ADD, ADHD, many seizure disorders, and more, are treatable and curable.
The first thing you need to believe is that “food should be your medicine, and medicine your food.” What the ancient Greek physician, Hippocrates wrote, our modern, industrialized societies have forgotten. There are great M.D.s who help us, but there are many who don’t know or believe how important “real food” is for your overall health. The Hippocratic oath that medical doctors take says, “first do no harm.” Did you know, medical “mistakes” are the third leading cause of death in the USA? Heart disease is still #1, cancer is #2. This doesn’t include the 170 people a day who die from an overdose to an opioid drug. (where do they get these prescriptions?) When they can no longer afford the prescription drugs they buy cheap street heroin.
If you or a loved-one has been diagnosed with a mental illness or a multiple brain disorder you need to know that these disorders can be temporary and are currently being treated and cured in various ways. First, you have to want to get well. Secondly, you need to do the research and find a doctor who specializes in the brain. You would go to a heart doctor for a heart problem.
A multi-faceted, alternative approach should be considered for any illness before accepting the notion that whatever ails you is permanent.
Given the right environment, the power that made the body, can heal the body.
